By accessing or using GiftLyric ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Gulf Deals LLC, registered in New Mexico, United States. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GiftLyric provides AI-assisted custom song creation services. Users submit personal stories and preferences; our team generates personalized lyrics and produces a musical composition delivered as a digital audio file (MP3).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
4. Orders and Payment
- All prices are displayed at checkout and vary by currency and delivery option.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Delivery timelines (24–36 hrs standard, 6–8 hrs priority) begin upon payment confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Gulf Deals LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered song for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or claim authorship of the song. Gulf Deals LLC retains all underlying intellectual property rights.
6. User Content
By submitting your story, you grant Gulf Deals LLC a limited license to use that content solely for creating your song. We will not share your personal story publicly without your consent.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to create content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." Gulf Deals LLC makes no warranties regarding the musical quality, emotional impact, or fitness for a particular purpose of any song produced.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulf Deals LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
