All songs produced by GiftLyric — including lyrics, musical compositions, and audio recordings — are the intellectual property of Gulf Deals LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Upon full payment, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive license to use the song for private, non-commercial purposes.

• Listen to and download your song for personal use.
• Share the song with friends and family as a gift.
• Post the song on personal social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for non-commercial purposes.
• Use the song at personal events (weddings, birthday parties, etc.).

• Sell, license, or sublicense the song to third parties.
• Use the song in commercial advertisements, monetized videos, or paid content without written permission.
• Register the song with any performing rights organization (ASCAP, BMI, SACEM, etc.) as your own work.
• Remove or alter any metadata or attribution identifying GiftLyric as the creator.
• Claim authorship of the lyrics or composition.

GiftLyric uses AI tools to assist in lyric generation. The final creative output is reviewed and produced by our human team. Gulf Deals LLC holds the copyright in the final deliverable under applicable U.S. copyright law.

Musical instrumentals used in our songs are licensed by Gulf Deals LLC from authorized providers. These licenses cover personal use by customers but do not extend to commercial exploitation.

If you believe content on GiftLyric infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@giftlyric.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith.
