1. Our Commitment

At GiftLyric, operated by Gulf Deals LLC, your satisfaction matters. Because every song is custom-made for you, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital, personalized goods.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You cancel your order before our team has begun production (typically within 1 hour of payment).
  • We are unable to deliver your song within the promised timeframe and you no longer want the order.
  • Your delivered song contains a major technical defect (corrupted file, wrong language, completely wrong details).

3. Partial Refund or Credit

If production has already started, we may offer a partial refund or revision credits if the song does not match the details you provided, or you are dissatisfied with quality despite revisions being offered. Contact support@giftlyric.com.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • You changed your mind after the song was delivered.
  • The song was delivered as described and meets the specifications provided at checkout.
  • Revision credits were used and all revisions were completed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@giftlyric.com with your Order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
